	Ian Philip Knight Ian had worked in Financial Services since joining a large bank in 1996 as a Financial Adviser. He started his own Independent Financial Advice practice in 2000, which is now Atlantic Coast Associates. His work in the firm now is to provide clients with advice on Pensions, Savings, and Investments, including tax planning. Importantly, He is also responsible to the regulator (Financial Services Authority) in ensuring the firm operates within the industry rules, and embraces the concept of Treating Customers Fairly, which forms the foundation of today's regulations. "It is my personal objective to ensure that clients have a good understanding of their finances, and the reasons why they are taking the planning initiatives I advise on".

	Ben Tofts Ben have been specialising in mortgages and insurance contracts since joining the financial services industry back in August 2000. Having come from an engineering background, Ben have seen the mortgage process from both sides of the spectrum and believe that because of this he ia able to offer a very professional, yet relaxed and down to earth feel to Independent Mortgage Advice. "The majority of my clients comment on how easy and understandable I make things for them and I hope to be able to offer this service to you".

	Maria Bailey Maria hasbeen a Mortgage Adviser with Atlantic Coast Associates since 2005, after having completed 3 years with a large corporate firm. She decided to join Atlantic in order to become Independent and be able to offer a full range of the best products to her clients. "I am determined to provide the best service, and pride myself on my accuracy, efficiency, and ability to keep my clients informed. I provide support by chasing mortgage lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to help ensure my clients interests are best met". Having bought and sold several houses herself, she has first hand experience at the stresses involved with getting the right mortgage and insurance plans. "I see it as my mission to lessen these stresses".

	Sonja Selby Having worked in the Financial Services industry since 1996, specialising in Mortgages and Insurance contracts, Sonja prides herself on her professional, though 'down to earth' approach. Clients appreciate her ability to explain everything in a way that they understand, and value the guidance she can give on the process of buying, selling, or re-mortgaging their property. "I look forward to being able to provide the same Independent advice for you".

	Kate Townsend When you call the office in Perranporth, it is likely that Kate will be the first voice you hear. As the firms' administrator, her work is varied, as she ensures the office runs efficiently, whilst collating, storing, and distributing information, as well as assisting in the monitoring of advisers' compliance with Financial Services Authority rules and regulations. "I joined Atlantic Coast in 2005, and have just commenced training to become an adviser within the firm. I expect to have my first adviser qualification by January 2009 after which I expect to advise clients on insurance contracts".
